Large "Altoids" EDC Pocket Tin: (holds up to 6 of the Small Tins or customize as a survival tin)

2 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 4/5 Outside Dimensions: Approx. Capacity 3.8oz. Seamless metal construction with a tubular snap closure. Built with thick 1/10" walls. This Tin closely replicates the original Altoids Tin which has long been a staple in the EDC Community for the storing of small supplies. We've designed a Superesse branded lid which sets this Tin apart as an Everyday Carry Can.

Fire Starting

Fire Tinder

• Tinder Tape Patch: Heavy duty adhesive Duct Tape with added flammable strands allowing a slow tar like burn.
• Charcloth: activated, highly combustible tinder formed from heat exposed linen. Packaged in sealed bag.

Tools

• 2x Needle/Pick: repair a torn pack, modify a jacket, navigate by statically charging and floating on leaf, improvise as suture pin.

Over-The-Counter (OTC) Med Kit

• 2x Aspirin (NSAID) Tablets (325mg): In original 2 pack- reduces fever, relieves headache, toothache, common cold, muscular aches, arthritis, back pain, and cramps. TIPS: Reduce severity of a heart attack when taken immediately, (reduce blood clotting; acts as an ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitor, relaxes arteries enabling blood to flow, performs as a beta blocker to slow down heartbeat).
• KiO3 Radiation Defense Tablet, 130mg: Shield against radiation exposure with this specific blocker of thyroid radio-iodine uptake. High dose potassium iodide for nuclear emergency scenarios. TIPS: Improvise to purify water, drop tablet in 1/2 quart bottle, mix, let stand 30min, hydrate.
• Benadryl, (Diphenhydramine HCI), 25mg: 2x tablets, counter-allergy.
• Pepto Bismol (Bismuth Salicylate): Treats nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea.

Water Kit

• Two, Aquatab Water Purification Tablets (2 liter treatment): Add 1 tab to liters of clear water (or no more than half a tablet to included Whirl-Pack), mix 10 minutes, let stand for 30 min, hydrate. Neutralizes viruses, bacteria, and giardia cysts in water sources. The active ingredient is a form of chlorine which will purify clear, non-turbid water in 30-40 minutes. While you can use them on their own in certain circumstances, they’re best used in conjunction with a pre-filter to remove larger particulates. Filters up to 2 liters of water. Shelf life of tab is 4 years. Individually packaged in sterile seal.
• Polyethylene disposable bag (Whirl-Pak) seal tightly: 16oz, holds solids or liquids, double wire framing keeps bag open when needed and ensure tight closure. To get a moisture and air-tight seal, whirl bag over wire tape three times and bend tabs over to lock shut. Material meets USDA and FDA standards.

Cordage Kit

• Continuous bank line length of 240lb tensile strength 2mm nano paracord (3 inner strands for added cordage option). Use as a tie down, trot line, snare cord, gill net, gear repair, garden work, bear bag hang, and more.
• Kevlar sewing string for light duty tasks. 

Hiking Kit

• Splinter-Out Tool: Sterile splinter removal lancet tool.

Cards/Tapes

• Each of these is an adhesive backed card shaped to fit the inside the large tin. At least one of these will also fit inside the tin while storing 6 of the smaller tin kits (2 or more of these cards may make the large tin lid difficult to close while it holds 6 small tins). Each card serves a different purpose. SOLAS is for reflecting/signaling, the Glow card is an illumination implement, Fabric tape seals cuts, Tinder card can be used to start a fire.

Large Kits

• Large Candle Tin: 30 minute emergency high-heat candle. Beeswaxed filled tin with waxed infused jute wick and separate fibrous jute bundle. The layered multi-wick concept allows for many points of flames that quickly burn to produce excessive heat and light. Sub-layered wick ignite as wax is burnt away. 
• Assorted Supply Kit: This is a collection of miscellaneous supplies that are too large to fit in the smaller slider tins. While the collection various; an example of what may be included is a follows - sterile surgical razor, large bandage, toothpaste packet, fatwood, mini-knife, flat roll duct tape, portable battery bank, micro-towlette, steel camp saw, matchbook, etc.
